Clause 49

Amendment of section 18A

In the RTS Act, in section 18A —

(a)

after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) The Authority may —

(a)

grant an approval under this section subject to any conditions that the Authority considers appropriate to impose; and

(b)

at any time add to, vary or revoke any condition so imposed.”; and

(b)

after subsection (7), insert —“(7A) This section does not apply to or in relation to any licensee that has been designated as a designated operating entity, starting on its effective designation date and while it remains so designated.”.
