Amendment of section 11

In the Accountants Act, in section 11(2) —

(a)

replace “3 January 2016” with “the date of commencement of section 15 of the ACRA (Registry and Regulatory Enhancements) Act 2024”; and

(b)

in paragraph (d), after “residential address”, insert “and contact address”.
