Amendment of section 386AB
In the Companies Act 1967, in section 386AB, in the definition of “register of controllers” or “register” —
(a)
in paragraph (a), after “section 386AF(1),”, insert “(1A),”; and
(b)
in paragraph (b), after “section 386AF(4),”, insert “(4A),”.
