Amendment of section 17
In the PSPM Act, in section 17 —
(a)
after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) A regulated dealer must not, without reasonable excuse, submit a cash transaction report under subsection (1) that is incomplete or inaccurate.”; and
(b)
in subsection (4), after “subsection (1),”, insert “(1A),”.
