Amendment of section 83
In the Pawnbrokers Act 2015, in section 83(1), replace paragraph (h) with —“(h)to provide for the prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing and the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;
(ha)to provide for the reporting of transactions that may involve money laundering, terrorism financing or the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction;”.
