Amendment of section 3
In the PSPM Act, in section 3 —
(a)
replace “and terrorism financing” with “, terrorism financing and the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”; and
(b)
in paragraph (b), replace “or terrorism financing” with “, terrorism financing or the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”.
