Amendment of section 11
In the PSPM Act, in section 11 —
(a)
in subsections (1) and (3), after “registered dealer” wherever it appears, insert “or former registered dealer”;
(b)
in subsection (1)(a), after “under section 10”, insert “against the registered dealer or former registered dealer”; and
(c)
in subsection (5), after “registration”, insert “under section 10(1)”.
