Amendment of section 22FZB
In the principal Act, in section 22FZB (as renumbered by section 6) —
(a)
in subsection (1), replace “Part” wherever it appears with “Division”;
(b)
in subsection (2)(b)(i), replace “section 22FE(1)(b)(i)” with “section 22FZA(1)(b)(i)”; and
(c)
in subsection (3)(a), replace “person mentioned in section 22FG” with “specified individual”.
