Amendment of section 22FZC

In the principal Act, in section 22FZC (as renumbered by section 6) —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “person” with “specified individual”;

(b)

in subsections (1) and (2), replace “person” wherever it appears with “specified individual”; and

(c)

in subsection (1), replace “section 22FF” with “section 22FZB”.
