Amendment of section 22FY

In the principal Act, in section 22FY (as renumbered by section 6) —

(a)

replace “section 22FB” with “section 22FX”;

(b)

replace “section 22FB(1)(a)” with “section 22FX(1)(a)”; and

(c)

in paragraph (a), replace “section 22FB(5)” with “section 22FX(5)”.
