Amendment of long title
In the Casino Control Act 2006 (called in this Act the principal Act), in the long title —
(a)
replace “gaming in casinos” with “gambling in casinos and the regulation of persons connected therewith”; and
(b)
replace “to establish the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, to provide for its functions and powers” with “to provide for the functions of the National Council on Problem Gambling and measures against problem gambling”.
