Amendment of section 80

In the principal Act, in section 80 —

(a)

in subsection (4), after “Any person”, insert “(not being a licensee)”; and

(b)

after subsection (4), insert —“(4A) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) shall be liable to disciplinary action under section 93.”.
