Amendment of section 81

In the principal Act, in section 81 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), insert “and” at the end;

(b)

in subsection (1)(b), replace “; and” at the end with a full‑stop;

(c)

in subsection (1), delete paragraph (c); and

(d)

delete subsection (2).
