Amendment of section 111

In the principal Act, in section 111 —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “game” with “casino gambling”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “a game” with “any casino gambling”;

(c)

in subsection (1), delete paragraph (a); and

(d)

in subsection (5), delete “notify an inspector or”.
