Amendment of section 113
In the principal Act, in section 113, replace subsection (1) with —“(1) The person ordered to make payment to the other party must do so within 30 days of —
(a)
the inspector’s decision under section 111(4); or
(b)
the decision of the committee under section 112 if reconsideration of the inspector’s decision was sought,unless the Authority allows a longer period in any particular case.”.
