Amendment of section 116
In the principal Act, in section 116 —
(a)
in subsection (1)(a), replace “$100” with “$150”;
(b)
in subsection (1)(b), replace “$2,000” with “$3,000”;
(c)
in subsection (3), after “subsection (1)”, insert “, unless directed to do so under section 117(4)”;
(d)
replace subsection (4) with —“(4) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, vary the entry levies specified in subsection (1), and any reference in this Act or any other written law to an entry levy specified in subsection (1)(a) or (b) is a reference to the entry levy so varied.”; and
(e)
in subsection (6), replace “game” with “casino gambling or promotional game”.
