Amendment of section 117

In the principal Act, in section 117 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “by such method” with “at such time, in such manner and subject to such conditions”; and

(b)

after subsection (8), insert —“(9) In this section, “Chief Executive” includes an authorised person appointed for the purposes of this section.”.
