Amendment of section 128
In the principal Act, in section 128 —
(a)
in subsection (1), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)subject to a family exclusion order, provisional family exclusion order or third party exclusion order under Part 10;
(ba)excluded under section 165A;
(bb)subject to self‑exclusion under section 165AA; or”; (b)in subsection (2), replace “gaming on gaming machines or playing any game approved under section 100 in the casino” with “casino gambling”; and
(c)
in subsection (6)(a) and (b), replace “chips” with “casino chips”.
