Amendment of section 140

In the principal Act, in section 140 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), replace “an authorised bank” with “one or more authorised banks”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(b), after “the authorised bank” wherever it appears, insert “or banks”;

(c)

delete subsection (2); and

(d)

in subsection (6), delete “or any of the conditions imposed under subsection (2)”.
