New section 156A
In the principal Act, after section 156, insert —“Special affiliates of the Council156A.—
(1)
The Minister may appoint a former member of the Council as a special affiliate of the Council.(2) Each special affiliate may be appointed for a period not exceeding a period to be prescribed and is eligible for reappointment.(3) The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of a special affiliate.”.
