in subsection (1), replace “hearing and determining an application for a family exclusion order or a visit limit under section 158 or of making an exclusion order or a visit limit under section 165” with “determining an application for a family exclusion order or a family visit limit under section 158 or of making a third party exclusion order or a third party visit limit”;

in subsection (1)(a), after “a member of the Council”, insert “or a special affiliate”;

in subsection (1)(b), replace “appointed under” with “constituted under”;

replace subsection (2) with —“(2) For the purpose of enabling a Committee to be formed under subsection (1), there must be constituted a panel of assessors comprising —

individuals who are appointed by the Council; and

special affiliates appointed under section 156A(1).”; and

delete subsections (3) to (6).
