Clause 8

In the principal Act, in section 49A, after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) The casino licence fee prescribed may include any costs of the Council (including any secretary or officer appointed under section 155(2)) in connection with the performance of the Council’s functions under Part 10 as they relate to casinos and casino gambling.”.
