Amendment of section 190
In the principal Act, in section 190 —
(a)
in subsection (1)(c), after “employed”, insert “, engaged”; and
(b)
after subsection (4), insert —“(5) In subsection (2), “Chief Executive” includes an authorised person appointed for the purposes of that subsection.”.
