Validation
(1)
Every sum purportedly collected as entry levy, in respect of entry to or stay in a casino during the period starting on 4 April 2024 and ending on 7 May 2024, at the rate set out in section 116(1) of the principal Act as amended by section 40 is deemed to be and always to have been validly collected.
(2)
No legal proceedings may be instituted on or after 6 August 2024 in any court on account of or in respect of the collection or payment of any amount mentioned in subsection (1).
