Clause 106

Amendment of Companies Act 1967

In the Companies Act 1967, in section 4(1), in the definition of “corporation” —

(a)

in paragraph (d), delete “or” at the end; and

(b)

after paragraph (d), insert —“(da)any platform work association registered under the Platform Workers Act 2024; or”.
