Amendment of section 66

In the Electricity Act, in section 66 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(b), replace “E and the transmission licensee concerned” with “the person concerned and E”; and

(b)

in subsection (12), replace “E and the transmission licensee” with “the person concerned and E”.
