Amendment of section 29

(1)

In the Gas Act, in section 29(3), delete “or any part of a gas service pipe linking a gas service isolation valve to the gas installation”.

(2)

In the Gas Act, in section 29(4) (as replaced by section 4(b) of the Energy (Resilience Measures and Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2021), in paragraph (a), delete “or any part of a gas service pipe linking a gas service isolation valve to the gas installation,”.
