Amendment of section 63F
In the Gas Act, in section 63F(2) —
(a)
after “section 63E(2)(b) or (c)”, insert “or (2A)(b) or (c)”; and
(b)
in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), after “specified equity interests”, insert “or relevant equity interests”.
