Amendment of section 96

In the Gas Act, in section 96(2) —

(a)

in paragraph (za), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(b)

after paragraph (za), insert —“(zb)anything required to be prescribed or in relation to which regulations may be made under this Act.”.
