Amendment of Public Defenders Act 2022
In the Public Defenders Act 2022 —
in section 12(1)(c)(ii), before “of the opinion”, insert “, by the majority of its members,”;
in section 19(3), replace “taxed” with “assessed”; and

1. An offence is an excluded offence if it is punishable by death.Part 2 offences

it is an offence under an Act mentioned in Part 3 of this Schedule or under any subsidiary legislation made under any of those Acts; and
