Dissolution of Legal Aid Fund
(1)
The Legal Aid Fund established under the Legal Aid and Advice Act 1995 is dissolved.
(2)
Upon the dissolution of the fund mentioned in subsection (1) during any term of office of the Government (within the meaning of the Constitution), the balance of the moneys remaining in the fund must be transferred to the Consolidated Fund and be added to the reserves of the Government not accumulated by it during that term of office.
