Amendment of section 55

In the principal Act, in section 55(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (f), delete “or” at the end;

(b)

after paragraph (f), insert —“(g)to make an order or orders under section 36A or 36B; or”; and

(c)

reletter paragraph (g) as paragraph (h).
