Amendment of section 101

In the principal Act, in section 101 —

(a)

in subsection (6), delete “, in the presence of the persons named in the certificate, or, if they are absent, in the presence of 2 credible witnesses,”;

(b)

in subsection (7)(a), replace “sign and date any correction” with “authenticate any rectification”;

(c)

in subsection (7)(b), replace “correction” with “rectification”; and

(d)

delete subsection (8).
