Amendment of section 31

In the principal Act, in section 31(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), insert “and” at the end;

(b)

replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)not more than 8 other fit and proper Muslims of whom at least 2 must be members of the Majlis.”; and

(c)

delete paragraph (c).
