Amendment of section 29
In the CDRA, in section 29 —
(a)
in subsection (2)(c), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon;
(b)
in subsection (2), after paragraph (c), insert —“(d)where the party is the Director‑General, a public officer or any other person who is approved by the Registrar or tribunal, as the case may be.”; and
(c)
in subsection (3), after “no party”, insert “(other than the Director‑General)”.
