Amendment of section 75

In the principal Act, in section 75(2)(c) —

(a)

in sub-paragraph (ii), replace “section 13(7H)” with “section 13(7H), (7HA), (7HB)”; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (ii), insert —“(iia)a transaction under section 13AA or in accordance with that section;”.
