Amendment of section 24

In the principal Act, in section 24(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (c)(iii), after “(13),”, insert “21C(1),”; and

(b)

in paragraph (d), after “27D(1)(j)(i)”, insert “or deemed to be given under section 21C(2) or 21D(1)”.
