Amendment of section 13D

In the principal Act, in section 13D —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “in Singapore by any fund manager.” with —“in Singapore —

(a)

for income derived on or before 31 December 2024 — by any fund manager; or

(b)

for income derived on or after 1 January 2025 — by a fund manager that satisfies the prescribed requirements.”;

(b)

in subsection (8), after paragraph (b), insert —“(ba)prescribe the requirements to be satisfied by a fund manager under subsection (1)(b);”; and

(c)

in subsection (10)(a) and (b)(i), replace “2025” with “2030”.
