Interpretation
In this Act —“Committee” means the Committee established by section 3(1);“jurisdiction regulations” means the jurisdiction regulations made under section 6;“member” means a member of the Committee;“permanent member” means a person who is a member by virtue of section 4(1)(a), (b) or (c);“registrar” means the registrar of the Committee appointed under section 9(1);“rules” means the rules made under section 10.
