Amendment of section 21

In the principal Act, in section 21 —

(a)

replace subsections (1) and (2) with —“(1) The Board may —

(a)

cause to be made, constructed and maintained any stormwater drainage system or drain; and

(b)

enlarge and alter or otherwise improve any stormwater drainage system or drain.(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Board may —

(a)

carry the drainage system across, through, along or under any premises or any cellar, basement or vault of any building; and

(b)

carry out any works requisite for, or incidental to, the purposes of subsection (1).”; and

(b)

in subsection (3), replace “An” with “Unless section 43(2) applies, an”.
