Clause 36

In the principal Act, before section 47A, insert —“Application of this Part47AA. This Part does not apply if the temporary possession of premises taken under section 44 is necessitated on account of the failure of an owner or occupier to comply with a notice mentioned in section 26, 33 or 41.”.
