Amendment of section 7

In the principal Act, in section 7 —

(a)

in subsection (1), after “any private sewerage system”, insert “or any part thereof”;

(b)

in subsection (2), after “a private sewerage system”, insert “or part thereof”; and

(c)

in subsection (3), replace “the owner” with “any user”.
