Amendment of section 34
In the principal Act, in section 34(2) —
(a)
in paragraph (b), replace “prescribe different rates of premiums for different classes of insured persons, including imposing” with “impose”;
(b)
in paragraph (d), after “prescribe the circumstances for imposing and the manner of computing premiums”, insert “(which may be at different rates for different classes of insured persons)”; and
(c)
delete paragraph (k).
