Amendment of section 4
In the principal Act, in section 4 —
(a)
in subsection (1), delete “of such amount as may be prescribed in the relevant regulations”; and
(b)
after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) The premium for each relevant insurance period is the amount specified in a prescribed manner, which may include a website.(1B) For the purposes of subsection (1A), different rates of premiums may be specified for different classes of insured persons.”.
