Clause 109

Amendment of section 80

In the Trust Companies Act 2005, in section 80, replace subsection (2) with —“(2) The Authority may, on the application of any person, by written notice exempt the person from —

(a)

all or any of the provisions of this Act; or

(b)

all or any of the requirements imposed by the Authority under this Act.”.
