Amendment of section 83

In the Financial Advisers Act 2001, in section 83(8) —

(a)

in the definition of “foreign regulatory authority”, replace “territory” with “jurisdiction”; and

(b)

in the definition of “specified financial adviser”, replace “(e) or (g)” with “(e), (g) or (h)”.
