Clause 16

Amendment of section 130

In the Financial Advisers Act 2001, in section 130, replace subsection (2) with —“(2) The Authority may, on the application of any person, by written notice exempt the person from —

(a)

all or any of the provisions of this Act; or

(b)

all or any of the requirements imposed by the Authority under this Act.”.
