Amendment of section 6
In the Securities and Futures Act 2001, in section 6 —
(a)
in the definition of “Singapore corporation”, replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and
(b)
after the definition of “Singapore corporation”, insert —“ “Singapore recognised market operator” means a recognised market operator that is a Singapore corporation.”.
