Amendment of section 48
In the Securities and Futures Act 2001, in section 48(1) —
(a)
in the definition of “Singapore corporation”, replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and
(b)
after the definition of “Singapore corporation”, insert —“ “Singapore recognised clearing house” means a recognised clearing house that is a Singapore corporation.”.
