Amendment of section 71
In the Securities and Futures Act 2001, in section 71 —
(a)
in subsection (3), replace “prescribe” with “specify”; and
(b)
in subsection (4), replace “as the Authority may prescribe or specify in directions issued by written notice” with “as may be prescribed by regulations made under section 81Q or notified by the Authority to the approved clearing house in writing”.
